Can some one creat an mailing list for the Moroccan user groupe with the name of wikimedia-ma. Or tell me how to do that. thank you.

What is the email address that should be used for the list administrator?

there are one list (https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wikimedia-ma) but the admin is not in the user group
if it is possible to change it, the email Rbenkhadra1@gmail.com is of the president of the group.

Yeah sure. I'll do this now.

Set the current listadmin to a listmoderator (standard practise, feel free to remove them however) and the new password has been sent to the -owner address (and thus the email noted).
