When clicking on the name of the file, instead of taking you to the file page, it collapses/uncollapses the section under the heading.

(I do get inconsistent results -- sometimes, and I can't tell what the determining factor is, it will take me to the file page instead.) I have tested under Chrome on Android 5.1.1 and Chrome on Windows 7.
