Affected file: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Brotjacklriegel_FMT.jpg

After reupload the old version no longer exists:
File not found: /v1/AUTH_mw/wikipedia-commons-local-public.e3/archive/e/e3/20090125182601%21Brotjacklriegel_FMT.jpg

When deleting and restoring the file:
Undelete failed: No matching pages found in the deletion archive.

Indeed the previous version from 2007 doesn't seem to be there, not sure there's much we can do
