Description

Visual Editor did suggested "{{subst:LOCALDAY}} {{subst:LOCALMONTHNAME}} {{subst:LOCALYEAR}}" (thanks to TemplateData), however in the preview (after creting the reference with VE it displayed the date, but after the save of the article it did not substitute the magicwords. Had to replace them manually. Something is odd here...

That's because it's inside <ref></ref>. Substitution doesn't happen inside tag hooks.

Well, the parser for VE parsed it in footnote-preview. TemplateData should not be able to suggest such thing, in my opinion....
