The user talk message automatically created by the PageCuration toolbar in response to an A10 tagging (Recently created article that duplicates an existing topic) does not correctly include the name of the page that has been duplicated. The toolbar takes the name of the duplicated page as an argument and passes it successfully to the speedy tag, but in the user talk message it appears as "[[{{{article}}}]]". Presumably, the "article" argument to the message template has not been provided.
