When I check, the first one is 5038695, the second one is rECNO534201234cb3. So as far as I can tell, they are 2 different pages. The histories of the pages are different too. So it look to me like they're 2 different pages about the same subject.

Actually both are same topic (yeah, the same person), both "articles" should be merged, but why do you report here instead of WP:MERGE?
On the other hand, I see no reason that Wikidata should support LanguageConverter.
