Description

The order of wikis in collapsed cross-wiki panel does not match with the order in which wikis are displayed when the panel is extended.

Looks like a bug in the frontend (the expanded version). The expanded version is not sorted by timestamp, but the collapsed wiki list is.

Checked in testwiki ( 1.28.0-wmf.7) - the wikis list in expanded and collapsed panel have the same sort order - by a timestamp.
