In order to effectively test infrastructure changes and diagnose problems we need the cluster replicated in virtualbox. Jeff has a working version of this but recreating it will be difficult. Thorough documentation of the process should uncover optimizations and help make it easier next time.

So far I have the router and the deployment server provisioned but with a lot of errors mostly relating to the sensitive repo being missing. I mocked out enough stuff to get the puppet run to finish but it needs a lot more. I think @Jgreen has something in the works so I'll wait till he gets back to fuss with that.
