Description

When trying to add the descriptions for the male given name İlyas (Q28020123) , it fails because the "Same label, same description" check apparently thinks the item for the (different) male given name Ilyas (Q343835) already has the same labels and description.

I guess it is because "i" can be the lower case of either letter depending on the language.
