Since the removal of the saftey dialog and the fix for the permanently disabled button, the loading bar from the new behaviour of "mark everything read" from T150045 overlaps the section below the button.

Also when it’s done, there remains a white space in place of the button (since introduction of the new behavior), which looks a bit weird.
