Hi all, I'd like to request a project be creating for the English Wikipedia's New Pages Patrol. We're looking to improve how we deal with new pages, and a lot of these improvements are going to be in the way of labs tools, patches to extensions and other tasks which would benefit from having a centralised project.

Project name: English-Wikipedia-NPP (NPP is a common acronym for New Page Patrol)

Project description: The integrity of Wikipedia's reputation has to be repaired and maintained through control of its content. This is a major issue and one which will eventually lead to important restructuring of the way Wikipedia handles the fundamental control of newly created articles. This project aims to centralise tasks relating to the English Wikipedia's New Pages Patrol.
