Problem
Currently the login flow does not provide clear incentives for a user to join/login to the Wikipedia in the app.
Proposed solution
Update the login screens in the app to elucidate the benefits of logging in/joining Wikipedia
NOTE: Pending the addition of reading list sync as a new benefit to logging into the app (since this is the major new benefit to promote).

Login
- Add benefits as a section at the very top of the content area
- "Join Wikipedia" action situated below user benefits (instead of it currently being a link below login fields)
- Active LOGIN button color updated to use Accent50 #36c blue
- Addition of a 'Forgot password' link which takes user to the Reset password web page
Create account step 1

- Prompt for users already with an account to "Login" situated below user benefits (instead of it currently being a link below create account fields)
