NWE: Re-edit after successful edit of section now fails

Description

Round and round we go.

Basically, after a successful section edit, the editor fails to open entirely, NWE or VE (after the fixes for T154158: Occasionally, visual mode opens instead of wikitext mode and others).

I end up at a URL that looks like https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Help_talk:Citation_Style_1&section=28&veaction=editsource after clicking the edit URL, but no editor opens.
