1. On RC page, click on 'Namespace' button and select several Namespaces that are placed at the beginning, middle, and at the end of the list.

2. Click on selected filter capsule - the drop-down menu will open and automatically scroll down to the selected namespace.

E.g. - 'Education Program talk' capsule is clicked, the drop-down menu scrolls down to display 'Education Program talk' as selected.

3. Without doing anything else, click on 'Gadget definition talk' capsule. The capsule becomes highlighted, but the drop-down filter menu will scroll up, not to the place where 'Gadget definition talk' namespace is placed.

Clicking on the next selected namespace capsule, 'Newsletter talk', will still display the top of the drop-down menu

Note: It's not the case with normal filters - clicking on the selected filter capsule will always scroll down to the respective place of that filter in the drop-down menu.
