Thank you @Elitre for this task, and thank you @Mainframe98 for the quick response and the good catch. I have updated section zero, removing the source comment as well. I really hope the extension will be deployed in July, but perhaps it is better to wait to mark the page for translation until the deployment is confirmed.

T173111: Testing Newsletter extension in test.wikipedia.org is close to completion and no changes affecting the UI (and therefore the Help pages) are expected. I think the page can be marked for translation.
