1. Edit a program in the outreach dashboard, click the (+) sign under the Campaign field.
2. The selection dropdown is unsorted and no search/autocomplete available; effectively user has to perform linear search on the list manually.

It makes searching for the correct Campaign a very tedious task for the users without any reason. We should at least make the list sorted alphabetically, if not make the field search+autocomplete.
