Works correctly in Chrome. Looks completely black in MediaWiki (also in the Ubuntu default viewer). Has colors but looks weirdly broken in Inkscape.

It was pointed out on irc #wikimedia-commons a while ago that it was related to the use of <style> block instead of inline styling to control the colors.
