Talk page mentions should not trigger edit summary pings

Description

Edit summary notification (i.e. T32750) can be triggered by links to the user talk namespace, e.g. "[[User talk:Someuser]]".
Example: https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:Diff/376629
In wikitext, only links to the user namespace can trigger a notification.
Could the behavior for the edit summary be made consistent with the one for normal mentions?
