Preparing https://outreachdashboard.wmflabs.org/courses/Aristotle_University_of_Thessaloniki/Medicine_2015 and expirementing with the dashboard I added one more facilitator and accidentaly removed myself.
I was immediately locked out of the program, so I cannot add me again, I cannot correct the dates, and I cannot delete it.
I can remove it from the campaign and create another one, but the name/url will be taken by this program which can be considered junk. 😀

@geraki the other facilitator could add you back. An admin can also do so; I'll do that now.
One feature we want to add is to allow campaign organizers to add/remove facilitators for programs in their campaigns.
