Description

Case 1:

Open any article that uses <references>; e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extortion#References
Observe the font size and then click on Edit
The font size should be the same

Case 2:

Open any article that uses {{reflist}}; e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silicon_dioxide#References
Observe the font size and then click on Edit
The font size is noticeably smaller

There are two <div class="reflist ..."> wrappers, so the style font-size: 90%; is applied twice, resulting in final font size of 81%.

This appears to have been fixed.
