User accidentally moved from Article namespace to Module namespace.
I could not do it when I tried to move back.

Local wiki sysop can not move this? It was declared that there is no permission to move.

I could not delete "Microsoft Windows 10" that turned redirect page.

I thought it was a bug, so I will report it here.
