Description

In order to avoid people signing old versions of the NDA, I suggest tha the old versions of the Community and OTRS NDAs be hidden so only the updated version of the NDA can be seen by potential signatories. People who have signed the document should probably continue to have access if possible. In other case, perhaps preventing the signatures on the old NDAs could be a nice alternative step.

Where are these NDAs located? Impossible to hide something without knowing where it is...

They are a bunch of them. They are {L4} and its translations, and {L32} and their translations. Do you want me to list them all?

The new ones are {L47} and {L45} and its translations.

Only acl*access-policy-approvers can manage those documents as far as I know though.

Yup, that is. Nonpublic-Information-Access-Policy NDAs are all Phabricator Legalpad documents.

Okay; In consultation with Legal, I've now hidden the outdated ones. Only acl*access-policy-approvers can view and manage the documents.
