Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard in a medium/small device or window.
- Select a file, wait for the next step in the state of mind of a non-technical newbie.
Actual Results: The only possible actions that are visible are "Add more files" and "Cancel". "Continue" button is not visible.
Expected Results: As a call to action, the "Continue" button becomes visible.
Workaround: Do what nobody ever think about doing nowadays: scroll right (please note that this breaks the page layout).
