That seems to be a recurring problem with the job workers. As far as I can tell, their number has lately been reduced from 5 to 3, but that doesn't seem to solve the underlying issue.
Currently, there are 3 jobs which are stuck, and 20 jobs queued. They will run eventually, but only @Cyberpower678 knows why the workers are stuck and when he'll be able to restart them.
