When I recently tried to edit a page on Meta-Wiki with VE, I was unable to publish my changes. I also tried to switch to source editing from VE, but I was unable to do this. Whenever I tried to complete either action, an error message occurred (see screenshot examples below). I continually refreshed the page and tried in other tabs, but the issue persisted. Later, I was able to save changes by adding the edits via source editing (if I remember correctly). However, the History oddly states that I added the changes via VE.
