Description

Project Name: Video
Type of quota increase requested: cpu AND ram AND instance count
Reason: Temporary increase in order to bring a new cluster based on buster, and migrate to it, before sun setting the old one which is based on jessie.

I'd basically want to have at the end is 4 instances with 16 CPU, 16 GB of RAM and 160GB local disk storage. + 1 redis server with 1 cpu, 2 GB of RAM and 20GB of storage. + 1 dev instance with the same spec as redis.

temporarily raising quotas to:

cores: 108
ram: 123000
instances: 10

I've also pre-created two encoding boxes: encoding04 and encoding05. I created those myself because I wanted to force them onto cloudvirt1024 as a hardware test. Be warned that that hardware is not trustworthy, so if you're going to put anything unrecoverable on those VMs let me know and we can rethink this.
