Banners not appearing on sdwiki

Description

Wikipedia Asian Month and Community Wishlist Survey banners are being displayed on different wikis but these are not appearing on sdwiki. Kindly look into this matter.

2020 community wishlist survey has a different format. Wikipedia projects, Commons and Wikidata are excluded. So I would not expect those banners to appear on sdwiki or any Wikipedia.
