Add monolingual language code gil

Description

Please add the language code gil to the list of language codes supported for monolingual text values.

This code corresponds to Gilbertese, a language that uses the Latin script, native name: Kiribati, language item: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q30898

Usage example:
Gilbertese is the official language of the Republic of Kiribati, so it is needed for official names in the item https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q710 and other related items.

@jhsoby What is the opinion of the LangCom? I see an IETF and an Ethnologue code in the item about the language.
