Steps to Reproduce:
In a page, enter the following:

<gallery>
File:{{PAGENAME}}.jpg|{{PAGENAME}}
</gallery>

You must have a matching picture uploaded to your files section.

The system will not display the file in the gallery section yet having:

[[File:{{PAGENAME}}.jpg|200px|thumb|right|{{PAGENAME}}]]
at the top of the page will render.
