Set up translation service for Extension:ModDoc

Description

The extension is available at Github: jeblad/ModDoc.

It is a work in progress that had stalled, but a student have expressed interest.

Two things,

  1. Can you update - https://github.com/jeblad/ModDoc/tree/master/i18n#localization to mention that translations should be made via translatewiki.net?
  2. Can you please provide push access to translatewiki.net to the repository?

Added Translatewiki as collaborators.

As often happen; someone expresses interest, and then they are gone without a trace… Not sure what will happen with this extension.

Can you clarify what do you mean? Should we take some action?
