Description

Steps to Reproduce:
Open up any page in the edit box and enter some Chinese text, e.g. “维基百科” Notice that the characters overlap each other.
Note I am using the following:

Internet Explorer version: 11.0.18362.719
.NET version: 4.0.30319.42000
Windows version: 6.2

and have tried with more recent versions of .net

Actual Results:
characters overlap

Expected Results:
characters should not overlap and full width characters whould be rendered with correct width
