Steps to Reproduce:

• launch the RecordWizard and go to the speaker step
• Create a new speaker
• Add a Language with a learning place set
• do some records
• reload the RecordWizard and go to the speaker step

Actual Results:

• the learning place previously set is not populated, and by going to the details step the Wikibase item of the speaker is saved without any learning place.

Expected Results:

• the learning place should be populated as all the other fields
