Automate ticket removal from "Watching" column on the #Security-team Phabricator workboard after a certain timeframe

Description

Per the team meeting, we would like to have tickets that have not been updated in 180 days automatically removed from the Watching column. Ideally a comment is also posted indicating that if the author wishes to engage the Security team in the future, they ...(use the SOP, create a new task, something).
