At the moment, in my opinion, the portal uses not optimal font sizes. A lot of small text; practically indistinguishable sizes; sizes that do not match the style guide. To continue this task (T160704#6198949), I suggest some changes.

- 16px for description and mobile block
- 16px for project name in project block
- Button 16px
Should we change:
- Wiki names of top10 are something like headers. They should be larger than the main text in my opinion.
- Header of the mobile block. Something like Heading 3 (20px). Relative: T254653
