07) Edit pencil on detail screens

Edit detail screens: Any issues with having an edit pencil immediately next to the article description text, instead of tied in with the edit pencil for editing the body text?

We deliberately moved the pencil icon/button away from the top area to give the article title and description more breathing room. But this is good feedback and we should consider moving it back to the top (closer to the actual description). As this affects both Android and iOS (Mobile HTML), I will discuss the matter with @cmadeo this afternoon (July 30, 2020).
