@Bugreporter: That link does not outline how and which "bug components" are wanted here. Also, see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Creating_and_renaming_projects#Restricting_access_via_Space_policies for required data. I'd prefer if such requests for project creations were left to product owners.
