Strangely, this is happening with my (proxied) Puffin Browser Pro, but not with Chrome, on the same iPad with the same connection.

This is expected due to T234617: Toolforge. introduce new domain toolforge.org and the forced redirection to the new naming scheme implemented by T247236: Toolforge: introduce a system to preserve old tools.wmflabs.org URLs.
