Description

Non translated banners looks mangled on mobile on Hebrew Wikipedia, the image is aligned right on top of the text.

I am not sure which tag to add here, since it is a banner, and while this specific one doesn't seem to be a fundraising banner, that's the only banner related tag Phab offers.

I'm hoping someone can direct this to the correct team/board.

The base template for CN banners has recently been adjusted to suit RTL texts in a better way.
Romaine: would you be able to incorporate this in the WLM CN banner for mobile as well?

We don't use separate banners for mobile, but we use the CN banner that Seddon has created. Therefore I think that this issues has been resolved.
