First off, I did a search and didn't find this. Sorry if it's a duplicate. Sorry also if this is out of scope but it seems consistent with other tasks from the relevant workboard which includes things like renaming the YouTube channel and other non-technical issues. This is definitely relevant to external messaging, as a perfect score will build confidence for persons to donate. Currently, the score is less than 100 due to financial issues scoring a 97.37 (not too shabby, still!). As I understand their criteria, Program Expenses must be 82%+ but are currently 73.6%.
- how to reproduce the situation, step by step, without leaving any room for interpretation: go to Charity Navigator's page for the Wikimedia Foundation, see that the score is less than 100.
- expected behavior: score is 100.
- actual behavior: score is 98.14
