The Upload Wizard needs updating: upon choosing the option "The copyright has definitely expired in the USA" it still offers "First published in the United States before 1925 instead of 1926, and so it discourages people from uploading works published in 1925. Preferrably it should be fixed so that it did not need further intervention every year.
