In the current implementation, session_tick continues to capture data as long as a browser tab is active on Wikimedia. We have not set boundaries on session length. Options include:

• Allow sessions to persist indefinitely
• Create boundaries on sessions based on clocks clock time (e.g. sessions end at 12 AM UTC)
• Create a set limit for session length (e.g. after 1,440 minutes, a new session starts)
