Cursor hops to start of line when trying to place it after the final citation in a line (VisEd only)
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

I can place my cursor anywhere except after the final citation in a line. I can click on the final citation, but if I click on the space after that citation -- to start the next sentence, or to add another citation -- my cursor automatically hops to the beginning of the line. I'm on a Mac running 11.2, using Chrome. The update to 11 might have coincided with this issue, but I'm not positive of that. They certainly were close in time, like the same day or the next day, but I'm not sure which came first. Happens only in VisEd, not in source. Does not happen if the line does not end with a citation.

@Valereee, if you're still having this problem regularly, you might look at your preferences and see whether you have a gadget/script called "GoogleTrans" enabled. (See T156228.)

Also, please try https://mediawiki.org/wiki/safemode and see if that has any effect.
