Why needed: Users on the WBstack platform have requested Visual Editor, however the original version of MW used for WBstack did not lend itself easily to deploying the extension. Visual Editor was intentionally included in the Wikibase Spring Docker Release due to similar user requests.
Impact: Improved user experience that aligns WBstack with the current Docker version of Wikibase. We would also achieve some parity of features between WBstack and the official WMDE Spring Release.
Acceptance Criteria
- Visual Editor is deployed to all WBstack wikis
- Visual Editor functions as expected
