AWB Updater v2.3.0.0: Retrieving current version...FAILED

Description

Hi. Three days ago, I installed AWB v6.1.0.1 SVN 12353 (2019-09-17 21:16:42), and it reports that it is working with "Internet Explorer version: 11.0.19041.985, .NET version: 4.0.30319.42000, Windows version: 6.2". When I run AWB Updater v2.3.0.0, after "Getting current AWB and Updater versions", it reports "Retrieving current version...FAILED". https://github.com/reedy/AutoWikiBrowser/commit/1e853c1e4744cfa0f17ad4b4b4178abab7da9a12 originally fixed this in AWB (August 2018).

Slightly surprised the updater hasn't broken before now...

https://github.com/reedy/AutoWikiBrowser/commit/2e9931444f3f436445b4fa6b48559ac558ec0eb0 fixes it for the Updater (need to do a release)
