Description

When I try to log into WPCleaner, it shows "An error occurred: URL access returned Forbidden." Any solutions to this problem?

Hello @MeritedElm63160

Sorry for not answering sooner, it seems I haven't been notified or that I missed the notification... Do you still have a problem with running WPCleaner?
A few questions :

  • What is your operating system? (Windows, OSX, Linux...)
  • Do you know what Java version you're using?
  • WPCleaner outputs logs in WPCleaner.log file in the folder where it is installed: can you tell me what are the messages at the end of this file when you see the error? (maybe after validating the error)
  • Can you also try running WPCleaner through the command line? (like what I asked in this thread)
