Hi, I tried to do a local CSS rules for fixing UploadWizard on mobile but it seems that even the rules work as personal User:Zache/minerva.css they wont work when the rule is set to mediawiki:minerva.css or mediawiki:mobile.css. (Discussion on Wikimedia Commons administrator to set CSS rules). I would like to convert CSS rule as gadged and test that it works so i would like to request temporary interface admin rights to do that.
Problem with mobile upload wizard is described on T261589 so this would be workaround to that bug.
