What happens?:
The image suggestion appears again in suggest editor mode.

What should have happened instead?:
The VE editor is opened (since the image suggestion was skipped).

Software version (if not a Wikimedia wiki), browser information, screenshots, other information, etc:
Add an image on arwiki and enwiki beta
