In FlaggedRevs wikis (in the subset of them that shows most recent version by default) stabilisation is an important setting that gets changed by admins as a preventative measure for important articles prone to vandalism. Such actions should be appreciated, and thank is an easy way to express that. Unfortunately unlike some other logged actions, it is currently not possible to thank for stabilisation setting changes. The scope of this task is to make that possible.
