List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

Note that not all wikis display the edit summary in the message above a permalink; this issue only exists where it is displayed.

What happens?:

On the diff, both the content and the edit summary are displayed (with the edit summary styled in a way representing that it is hidden)
On the permalink, only the content is displayed, while the edit summary still shows "(edit summary removed)".

What should have happened instead?:
unhide=1 should have unhidden all parts of the revision both on the diff and on the permalink.
