- Make sure you have turned on the notification “Successful mention”.
- Block yourself on any wiki.
- Ping another user on test2wiki.
- Check your notification.
- The mention was sent normally.
- Ping another user on enwiki talkpage
- Check your notification again.
What happens?:
You didn't get any notification.
What should have happened instead?:
You receive a notification that you have sent the ping to someone else.

In fact, Q28 was able to trigger the vulnerability quite easily because this user was blocked from zhwiki when this user reported this glitch.
